How I think about the work

Good engineering leadership connects the direction of a product with the systems and teams that make it real.

Over the past decade, I’ve moved from software development and technical leadership into engineering management and a Head of Engineering role. I enjoy working across product, technology, and people—especially when the problem is complex and the next step isn’t obvious.
